Letter to W.W. Stevenson, October 28, 1949

Charles Wilkerson wrote to Secretary W.W. Stevenson on Oct 28, 1949, tendering his resignation as president of the Central Labor Union due to health reasons, yet still wishing to attend meetings and assist with the removal of government officials against labor unions.
