Your guide to ebrary - how to access ebooks, search, highlight and take notes within an ebook, add an ebook to your ebrary bookshelf, cite ebrary books, and share ebooks with persistent links

Your ebrary BookShelf Account

Allows you to:

  • Store and access ebooks you are interested in, from any compter with Internet access
  • Add and save highlights and annotations you have made in an ebook
  • Create and use bookshelf folders
  • Email a folder to others. Only this folder will be available to others. The rest of your Personal Bookshelf is password protected

 


How to add an ebook to your Personal Bookshelf

Step 1.

Sign in to to your personal ereader account in QuickView. 


Step 2.

Select an option:

Option 1.   An e-book will be automatically added to your bookshelf if you highlight text or add a note in the book.



Option 2:   Add an e-book from your search results:

 

Step 3.

Once in your Personal Bookshelf, you can access the features of this workspace. An e-book is automatically added to the Unclassified Documents & Annotations folder. You may create your own folder in order to better manage your e-book collection.
