Rolla Stephens, born July 5^th, 1904. At the age of 20, he gained ownership of his family’s real estate business, which opened in 1902, after the death of his father in February 1925. In 1934, he became a member of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. Rolla was President of Joplin Chamber of Commerce.

Rolla Stephens was a Joplin real estate agent. This collection includes pictures and postcards of Joplin, Missouri and a book written by Stephens, telling his life story.
