Before you contact IT help desk please have the following information ready:
- Your name, your email and phone #
- What Internet Service Provider do you use (e.g., AT&T, Cable One, Time Warner, and Verizon)?
- What browser do you use (e.g., Chrome, Internet Explore (IE), Firefox, and Safari)?
- What services or databases (e.g., A-Z Database List) could you not access?
- When you encounter the problem?
- Whether the proxy log-in screen showed up
- Specify in detail what you did and what happened (including error message you received). Please include the URL for that page.
