Request Library Instruction for Your Class
As a MSSU instructor, you can request a library instruction session for your class using the form below.
Librarians can provide a face-to-face or online instruction session to your students, including distance students.
A library instruction session can be held at the library's media lab or your classroom, or provided online through Blackboard Collaborate.
Librarians will work with you to tailor this instruction session in order to meet your instructional content needs.
Example instruction topics librarians provide:
- Searching databases
- Searching library catalogs
- Evaluating search results
- Discerning different publication types
- Constructing searches for topics
- Borrowing books from other libraries
Here are some helpful 'how to' videos on how to use the library and find library resources. Feel free to link any of these in your Blackboard class or direct students to this page. Thank you!
