- Responsible for all use made of the room
- Return the room to the same condition before entered
- All items and persons must be vacated from the room when the key is returned
- Failure to abide by the Study Room Policy may result in being denied room access
- A student or group who violates the Study Room Policy may be referred to the MSSU Dean of Students.

- Room 210C: 3 tables, 10 chairs, 1 white board, 1 projector, 1 computer
- Room 214: 8 tables, 30 chairs, 1 projector, 1 computer
- Room 410: 6 tables, 12 chairs, 1 podium, 1 computer, 1 HDTV monitor, wireless mouse & keyboard
-Room 420: 5 tables, 11 chairs, 1 computer, 1 HDTV monitor, 1 whiteboard
-Room 421: 2 tables, 2 chairs, 1 computer, 1 HDTV, 1 DVD player
-Room 422: 2 tables, 3 chairs, 1 computer, 1 white board
- Room 424: 4 tables, 8 chairs
-Room 426: Testing room, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 computer, 1 webcam
-Room 427: Testing room, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 computer, 1 webcam
- Room 413: quiet studying only. No conversations or discussions, no music, video or any other form of noise. This room is designated as a quiet space for studying and is enforced by library staff.
- Room 418/419: for library instruction and IT training only. It is not available for other scheduling.
